In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any sr997 service. This age threshold reflects sr997's commitment to responsible gaming and applies without exception to all members, regardless of the type of service accessed.

2.2 Residency. sr997 primarily serves residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming services is permitted in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, persons who have been self-excluded from gambling services, and persons previously banned from sr997 are ineligible to register or maintain an account.

2.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees of sr997, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, software providers, and payment processors, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are prohibited from holding a member account or participating in any promotion.

5.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal, and upon reaching internal deposit thresholds, sr997 requires all members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard industry practice and a condition of continued account operation.

5.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used — for bank transfers, a screenshot of the registered bank account name confirming it matches the sr997 account holder.

5.3 Verification Timeline. sr997 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one to three business days of receiving a complete set of documents. Withdrawals are held pending successful verification. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information.

5.4 Third-Party Payments. sr997 strictly enforces a same-name policy: all deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the sr997 account. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals to or from accounts in a different name — are not permitted and will be returned or flagged for investigation.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.

• Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window.
• Withdrawals are only released to payment methods registered under the same name as the sr997 account holder (see Section 5.4).

6.4 Platform Fees

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Where such patterns are identified, sr997 reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. sr997 reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus credits already validly claimed prior to the change.

7.6 Cashback Promotions. Where sr997 offers a cashback promotion (including the standard weekly 20% cashback on net losses), cashback is calculated on net gaming losses during the qualifying period, credited to the account at the time specified in the promotion, and is subject to any wagering requirements stated in the offer.

8.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on sr997 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant third-party software studio (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). sr997 does not alter game mathematics or RNG outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sr997 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting on opposite outcomes in the same market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified exploit are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent for bets placed by third parties.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits already credited to your account without prior resolution through sr997's dispute process.

11.1 Ownership. 14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your right to access sr997's Services will cease immediately. Forfeiture of bonus credits upon closure for breach is automatic. Forfeiture of real-money balances upon closure for breach is subject to investigation and will be communicated to you in writing.

14.4 Inactivity. Accounts that have had no login activity for 180 consecutive days are classified as inactive. sr997 will send a notice to the registered email address prior to imposing an inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 per month against the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed automatically after the inactivity period.

15.1 Right to Amend. sr997 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform updates, or business requirements.

15.2 Notification. When material amendments are made, sr997 will notify registered members by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated effective date at the top of the document.

15.3 Acceptance. Your continued use of the sr997 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a closure request as described in Section 14.1.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr997 is internationally licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the sr997 platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body designated by sr997.

16.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

16.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
